This Privacy Policy explains how FitLemon handles information when merchants install or use the app on a Shopify store. It covers merchant account data, store configuration data, and limited customer-related information processed to power size guidance and app support.
FitLemon may process merchant and store information such as shop domain, app installation status, billing plan details, storefront configuration, size chart content, assignment rules, and app usage events needed to operate the product. When a merchant enables sizing experiences on product pages, FitLemon may also process customer-submitted measurements or sizing inputs as part of the recommendation flow.
Information is used to provide the app, render size charts or recommendation experiences, maintain merchant settings, improve product performance, respond to support requests, secure the service, and comply with Shopify platform obligations including compliance webhooks and data handling requirements.
FitLemon keeps data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records related to billing or support, improve reliability, and satisfy legal or contractual obligations. If a merchant uninstalls the app or submits a valid deletion request, FitLemon will delete or anonymize data in accordance with Shopify compliance workflows and applicable obligations.
FitLemon does not sell merchant or customer data. Information may be shared only with service providers and infrastructure partners that are reasonably necessary to host the app, secure the service, process billing-related events, or support product operations. Those providers are expected to handle data under confidentiality and security obligations appropriate to their role.
FitLemon supports Shopify compliance workflows, including customer data requests, customer redaction requests, and shop redaction requirements. Merchants can contact FitLemon for help coordinating privacy-related actions or questions tied to Shopify platform obligations.
FitLemon uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of data processed through the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free, but FitLemon works to reduce risk and limit access to data that is necessary to operate the service.
